Care

• Before cleaning, unplug toaster and allow it to cool completely.
• Use damp cloth to wipe down surface of toaster. 
• Do not submerge toaster in water.
• Do not use abrasive scrubbers, sponges or chemical cleaners to clean toaster as they may damage it. 
• Crumb Tray: Slide out tray and clean with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly with lint-free cloth. Clean crumb tray regularly to prevent crumbs from accumulating.
• Glass Window: Make sure crumb tray is empty. Turn toaster upside down or on its side. Gently press clamp underneath toaster and slide glass to remove it from toaster. Carefully wash glass in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Slide glass back into its grooves until clamp locks into place.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
