• Bourbon Black Pepper BBQ Sauce: This sauce gets its rich, smoky complexity from mellow Kentucky bourbon aged in charred oak barrels. Black pepper and spices lend a touch of heat, while ketchup and brown sugar add subtle sweetness. (18 oz.)
• Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce: Enjoy a classic Southern blend of smoke and spice, featuring Vidalia and caramelized onions and fragrant applewood smoke. Apple juice and molasses balance the spicy kick of black pepper and red chiles. (18.5 oz.)
• Smokehouse Rub: Inspired by rustic smokehouse traditions, we blend premium Pacific sea salt that's been slow-smoked over Pacific Northwest applewood with thyme and sage, then add a dash of sugar for the perfect savory-sweet balance. (3 oz.)
• Sweet Heat BBQ Rub: Featuring an irresistibly sweet and complex heat, our rub combines garlic, onion and dark brown cane sugar with black, red and cayenne peppers. Fragrant applewood smoke and hops lend a smokehouse-style finish. (3 oz.)
• Prep Tools Basting Brush: The thick bristles of this silicone brush boast a unique shape that allows them to capture and retain liquids. Heat-resistant and dishwasher safe, the tool is great for slathering sauces on grilled meat and basting roasts with juices. (1 3/4" wide, 12" long)

Receiving Instructions

• Store sauces unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
• Store Smokehouse Rub unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months.
• Store Sweet Heat Rub unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

Bourbon Black Pepper BBQ Sauce

• Water, tomato paste, bourbon, distilled vinegar, sugar, molasses, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, prepared mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric), salt, black pepper, natural smoke flavor, spices (paprika, chile pepper), granulated onion, garlic.

Sweet Onion Applewood BBQ Sauce

• Onions, apple cider vinegar, molasses, sugar, tomato paste, apple juice concentrate, distilled vinegar, water, canola oil, hot sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt, xanthan gum and garlic powder), salt, tamarind extract, granulated onion, granulated garlic, spices (chile pepper), natural smoke flavor.

Smokehouse Rub

• Kosher sea salt, brownulated sugar, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, spices (black pepper, thyme, sage), natural smoke flavors, sunflower oil.

Sweet Heat BBQ Rub

• Brown sugar, applewood smoked salt, garlic, smoked paprika, onion, black pepper, cumin, mustard, dried beer extract, applewood smoke powder, thyme, cayenne, crushed red pepper, hop flower powder.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97, .98 or .99 cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns of any food products, which are considered final sale items.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
