• Beef Bourguignonne Braising Sauce: Inspired by the hearty dishes served in France's Burgundian countryside, this rustic sauce combines red wine, beef stock, cremini mushrooms and herbs.
• Meyer Lemon Braising Sauce: Highlighted with the bright flavors of French Dijon mustard and herbs, this vibrant sauce blends tangy Meyer lemons with roasted garlic and California Chardonnay.
• Coq Au Vin Braising Sauce: Celebrating classic French country flavors, this rich sauce blends red wine and veal stock with cremini mushrooms and fragrant herbs.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.

Beef Bourguignonne Braising Sauce:
